TurantKart
Terms of Use
The rules for creating an account and ordering groceries from shops listed on Turant Kart.
Last updated 28 September 2026 · Applies to this website and the installed home-screen app
01
The service
Turant Kart lets you browse groceries and daily essentials, choose a delivery location, and place an order with a shop that serves that area. Product names, prices, stock, and shop hours are shown in the catalogue and can change until the order is confirmed.
These terms apply when you use the website or the home-screen app. Privacy, refunds, delivery, and cookies are explained on their own pages and form part of how the shop operates.
02
Your account
You need a working mobile number. A username in the form TKart.User followed by digits is created for the account and cannot be edited. You are responsible for the password and for any one-time code sent to your phone.
Keep the delivery address accurate, including the flat, landmark, and map pin. An order sent to a wrong or incomplete address can fail, and the delivery fee already shown at checkout still applies to the attempt.
The shop can refuse, suspend, or close an account that is used for false orders, payment references that do not match, or attempts to open someone else’s account.
03
Orders, prices, and stock
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. An order is placed when checkout confirms it. If an item is out of stock or the shop is closed, that line can be removed or the order can be cancelled before it leaves the shop.
The bill on the checkout screen is the bill that applies. It includes the item total, any tax shown, the delivery fee, a free-delivery benefit if the cart qualifies, and a coupon if one was accepted. A price that changed after you left the product page is the price confirmed at checkout.
04
Payment
You can pay with the methods the shop has switched on, such as UPI, Turant Wallet, or another method shown at checkout. A payment is complete when the shop marks it paid. Quoting a transaction reference that does not belong to that order is not a payment.
Wallet balance can be used only inside Turant Kart. It is not a bank account and it is not transferable to another person. Cash on delivery, when offered, is collected by the rider at the door for the amount shown on the order.
05
Acceptable use
Do not probe, scrape, or overload the site, try another customer’s login, or place orders with an address or payment you are not entitled to use. Do not upload a photo search image that is not a grocery you want identified.
The catalogue, brand name, and page layout belong to the shop or to the brands shown on the products. You may use them to shop. You may not copy the catalogue to run another store.
06
Limits and changes
Delivery time on the location bar is an estimate, not a promise of a clock time. Groceries are perishable. The shop’s responsibility for a missing, damaged, or wrong item is the refund and cancellation process described on the Refunds page.
The shop can update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version that applies to a new order. An order already placed keeps the rules that were published when you checked out, together with the bill you accepted.
