Where orders can go
Delivery is available only in the area served by the shops listed on this site. Set your location, or drop a pin, so the shop can measure the distance. An address outside that area is marked not deliverable and cannot be checked out.
The address on the order is the address the rider uses. A house number, flat, and landmark make the drop faster. If nobody is available at that address, the rider can mark the attempt unsuccessful after trying to reach the phone number on the order.
02
Time on the location bar
The minutes shown after you set a location are an estimate from distance. They are not a guaranteed arrival time. Shop hours, packing, rain, traffic, and whether a rider is free can all change the trip.
Before a rider is assigned, the order page shows that the shop is preparing the order. After a rider accepts and shares location, the live map shows the rider pin and the drop pin. The map updates every few seconds while the rider’s location is on.
03
Fees and the handover
The delivery fee, any minimum order, and the free-delivery threshold are the figures shown on the site and on the checkout screen that day. A cart that crosses the free-delivery amount shows a zero fee before you pay.
Some orders include a delivery PIN. Give that PIN to the rider at the door so the handover can be marked delivered. Do not share the PIN before the rider is there with the order.
If the shop cannot fulfil the order, it can be cancelled. A paid order cancelled by the shop is handled under the Refunds page and, when approved, credited to Turant Wallet.
